I have worked with Steve as my Real estate broker for more years than I can remember.  There are a multitude of reasons that I have and will continue to use Steve for my purchasing and sales of real property.  Honesty and knowledge are the first to come to mind.

Even though Steve makes his living off the commission from the sale of real estate there have been times he has said to me “ this one is not for you”  now that impressed me.  I have found Steve is in it for long term relationships not just the quick sale.  I am a real estate investor by trade and have and will continue to use and refer Steve, in fact when two of my own daughters started to venture into the market I sent them straight over to Steve.  I am trying to keep this short and that is hard to do when there are so many good aspects to dealing with the whole group at Morrison real estate.  So bottom line, if you are looking for a good solid person to work with and represent you in real estate give Steve a call.

I’ve known Steve and Diane since the early 80’s, and have done a lot of business with the...residential and income property.   I consider them friends, but that is not why we have worked together.   Two words sum it up, trust and results.  You can trust them to give you the straight scoop at every turn whether you are buying or selling, and the good results speak for themselves.

When we put our home in Cumberland on the market in 2004, it was Diane who realized that we could split off a building lot and dramatically increase our profit.   They also suggested that we add a wall so that the house could be listed as a three bedroom rather than two.   The have a talent for thinking outside the box.   They both are good listeners and have good ideas.   They know their stuff.
